    Great Shampoo/Conditioner - Confusing Access

    This great product is let down by its packaging in that to the first time purchaser, it's access opening is obscure.

    I thought with the first purchase that the tops had to be undone every time the bottles were used.

    It was annoying, but because the product is so good, I ordered more.

    Luckily with the second purchase, we noticed the pale dot on the top of the first bottle, then the next, and realised that is the access opening - in the lid! The bottles can be squeezed like sauce bottles to access contents and work well now.

    Hopefully all other purchasers realise how to use the squeeze bottles easier than we did. Better signage would be helpful.

    So grateful for this combo

    This shampoo and conditioner combo has dramatically changed my hair loss journey. My bald spots are gone and I don’t hesitate to wash my hair on a regular basis thanks to the decrease in hair loss. The shampoo smells wonderful and the conditioner does a great job softening my wild curls.
